1. Definitions

2. Account Registration

2.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Posting Jobs and Bidding
3.1 Companies may post jobs on Lanxers by providing accurate details and requirements for the job.
3.2 Freelancers may bid on jobs posted by companies based on their skills and qualifications.
3.3 Lanxers does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of jobs posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
4. Payment and Commission
4.1 Lanxers charges a commission on successful job completions. The commission amount will be clearly outlined at the time of job posting in your dashboard.
4.2 Companies are required to fund their wallet with a specified amount before posting subsequent jobs.
4.3 Payments to freelancers will be processed through Lanxers, and funds will be released upon successful job completion.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Users agree to use Lanxers in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 Users must not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.
6. Content Ownership
6.1 Companies retain ownership of the job postings they create on Lanxers.
6.2 Freelancers retain ownership of their profiles and any content they submit.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Lanxers is not responsible for disputes between users. However, we encourage users to resolve conflicts amicably.
7.2 Users agree to abide by the dispute resolution process outlined by Lanxers.
8. Termination
8.1 Lanxers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8.2 Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Lanxers support.
9. Privacy
9.1 Lanxers collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Lanxers respects intellectual property rights. Users must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others while using the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Lanxers is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our platform or services.
12. Modifications
12.1 Lanxers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
